What is the news?

What news items are our fellow citizens searching for?  The results may be a little eccentric, regardless of which news organization you favor or consider the most esteemed.  Below is data we aggregated from Amazon’s Alexa ratings, where we highlight the recent-most top keyword searches that led to pieces written by media professionals at the leading news organizations.  The organizations below are sampled for having wide appeal, sorted in relative order of recognition, and include a broad continuum of views.  The foremost keyword search for most of these, of course, is the name of the new organization itself.  It gets exciting after this, to see that you get the news you deserve!  Are you a CNN enthusiast, who demands the end to fake news, but in the interim pleased with any illogical filth on Trump?  Or a madcap Kathy Griffin sympathizer, gleefully squatting nonstop at the gates of CBS News for their biased coverage?  With this, we return to the question of what is news if we get to choose it?
