Live murders = Big business bonanza

Does Facebook ever go a tad too far?  Hmmn, perhaps when they conducted underhanded psychological experiments on their users, or shared your private data, or claimed to have more users than they do, or suggested Facebook users are more connected than they are, or lied to their marketing partners about their ad-viewing metrics.  Apparently none of this has gone just far enough for the money-hungry capitalists leading Facebook.  So in another insipid tradition, they have allowed another issue to go on for way too long.  In just the past year, in countries such as the United States, Mexico, Thailand, and Sweden, more than 20 crimes (mostly violent such as gang rape) have been committed using the tools offered on Facebook Live.  It is now the choice destination for psychopaths to cut loose!  You see, these video get outstanding media ratings and millions of ad-views from a repulsive chunk of our social community, and if Facebook can make a buck off your death than that’s a great return on investment.  That’s why Harvard MBAs (we meant cowards) get paid the big bucks.  Don’t worry though, if you die a grisly death on this product, Facebook will wait a couple days to maximize the millions who tune in or download a copy, and then summarily shut the video down only if people protest.  And Ms. Sandberg will coincidentally merchandise to your family, her book on how to cope with grief and loss.  Conservative news and comments during the 2016 campaign season on the other hand were labeled as dodgy, and taken down with lightening speed.  So at least they are consistently untoward (sarcasm).  A broader question is not about my own personal values, but what do you think of a company who immorally allows unsafe products to fester, which they know serves to catalyze nauseous people to hurt friends and family of yours?
